1. Who we are
7 Hills Health is a digital aggregator marketplace. We are not a hospital, pharmacy, laboratory, imaging center, or insurer — every provider on the platform (pharmacy, doctor, laboratory, imaging center) is an independent, licensed third party responsible for the clinical and legal quality of the service or product they provide.
2. Accounts
You can browse, compare prices, and search freely without an account. An account is required to check out an order, book an appointment, or manage your health records. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Orders and payment
All orders are strictly upfront cash settlement via supported payment rails (mobile money or card) — 7 Hills Health does not extend credit or deferred payment to patients. Where an insurance policy is used, you remain responsible for your copay amount at checkout; the insurer's share is billed separately under a commercial agreement between 7 Hills Health and that insurer.
4. Prescriptions and controlled items
Items requiring a prescription cannot be purchased without a valid, reviewed prescription. Controlled substances additionally require identity verification and are pickup-only. A licensed pharmacist reviews these submissions before an order is confirmed.
5. Cancellations and refunds
If an order cannot be fulfilled (for example, due to a stock shortfall), any amount paid is refunded to your original payment method. Refunds that cannot be processed automatically are escalated for manual review.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false prescriptions or identity documents, attempting to circumvent pharmacist or provider review, or using another person's account without permission.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
