1. What we collect
Account details (name, email or phone, password), order and appointment history, uploaded documents (prescription photos, ID-document photos, insurance card photos) submitted for human review, and basic device information used for fraud prevention.
2. How we use it
To create and secure your account, process orders and appointments, route uploaded documents to a licensed pharmacist or reviewer, compute delivery distance and fees, and communicate order or appointment updates to you.
3. Who we share it with
The specific pharmacy, doctor, laboratory, or imaging center fulfilling your order or appointment sees only what's needed to fulfill it. We share payment details with our payment processors to complete transactions, and insurer details with your selected insurer only when you add and use an insurance policy at checkout. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Document review
Prescription, identity, and insurance-card photos you upload are reviewed by a licensed reviewer as part of order or account verification. Reviewed documents are retained only as long as needed for that purpose and for any applicable legal record-keeping requirement.
5. Your choices
You can review and update your profile information at any time from your account settings, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting support, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted storage and access controls that restrict who can see your information based on their role on the platform.
